COVID-19 PROCEDURAL UPDATE

In the light of the unparalleled events that are taking place due to the Covid – 19 worldwide pandemic. while we are still operational, we are taking further precautions to prevent the spread of Covid – 19. The safety health and of our customers and our staff this remains our priority.

We will get through this together!, so we have provided crucial information and requests to help us prevent the spread of Covid 19 & keep everyone safe. The extra measures we are taking during this period; 
 

  1. Social distancing measures: as recommended by NSW Health of you within your home Our team are to follow the government’s social distancing guidance and maintain the current advised distance from anyone else in the property. Please do not be offended if our staff do not shake your hand or accept refreshments from you. Our team will not shake hands or touch you or your pets. Please keep your any children & pets away from our team when work is underway on your property. Where possible we ask you practice social distancing.

  2. Regular hand sanitation and hand washing: Before entering you home. practices Our staff have been recently trained on thorough hand washing and sanitisation practices and will wash/ sanitise their hands before commencing work in your home and upon completion. Our team have received instruction on correct hand washing in accordance with the recommendations of NSW Department of Health. When hand washing facilities are unavailable, We will use disinfectant hand sanitiser to clean their hands effectively.

  3. Thorough wipe-down and clean-up following job completion.

  4. Contact-less payment and approval processing.

  5. We are recording the our temperatures each morning as a precaution.
